Some people are being held back by limiting beliefs because of their past experiences and are holding on to beliefs that are not true. For example negative thoughts like "people like me can't have that role", OR "I can't work in the company because I don’t know anyone.

For example, some people believe they cannot have that certain role because of their past experience or don't think they are qualified to work in the company because they don't know anyone there. This is not true though- opportunities show up when we're prepared and preparation starts with self-belief!
Do you need help finding a job?
The first place to start when finding a job is on yourself. Believe in who you are, not what your past experience was. Next time someone tells me I cant do something because of my background, I'll tell them "give me a chance to prove it to you!"
The more confidence you have the easier it is to find jobs as companies want confident people working for them. Confidence also translates into performing better at interviews which leads to getting the job offer. Some people don't the job they dream of because of their low self esteem and lack of self confidence.
Self-belief means we need to believe in our self more. We need to know that we can do this, even if the work is difficult and challenging. If you are not good at something don't try it again until your ready because when you have confidence it's easier to find jobs
It also helps us to create a positive impact on others around us. When we speak with passion about what makes us happy, people want to be part of that too so they will help support you for success instead of telling you "no" or being cynical.
You need to show up every day believing in yourself and doing things like meditating, reading books by confident people etc., while having an attitude that says I am worthy enough

Get a Skills Map Assessment
So what can you do? What are your qualifications?
A skills map assessment will help you identify where your strengths are and what skills need more development. This is important because it will show which jobs might be a good match for you, as well as provide an overview of the skill levels required for any given position.
You can also use this information to pinpoint ways in which you need to develop your skills so that they align with specific job requirements and you can also identify key words from the job description
The first step in finding a suitable role, is by reading through all applications details such as requirements, location(s), salary/salary range and time commitment etc., then looking at the list of desired skills or qualifications listed on offer – one way you can do this would be using Google
Your ability to stand out for a job opportunity means you can confidently answer those two questions. The possibility of getting a job that requires your skillset is higher.
Doing a skills map assessment is a great way to figure out what you are good at, because your passion shows throughout the process from search, to application and interview.

Create a resume that stands out.
You cant get a job without a resume. But there are some important things you need to know about the job process that will help you build a good resume. Including your name and contact information, and a list of skills you have with a brief description to use for the interview process is important.
Also an objective statement that tells potential employers what kind of job or role you are looking for. That way they know upfront whether it is something they might need someone in their company for or not.
It's important to include a cover letter when applying as well! Make sure all correspondence has been proofread before submitting them so errors can be avoided and there is less time wasted on corrections later down the line.-
Though I am not sure your country or location but I know most companies receive tons of resume, hence they have automated the process so that only those that have their keywords are picked.

Doing the right thing at the right time.
I have seen some people say they need a job, but are not doing anything to show how much they really want it. If you really want something wouldn’t figure out where to get it, and go after it?
You should be putting in all your effort into job search and application. This will be doing the right thing at the right time. Sending out more average of 10 resumes a day is not impossible.
Also networking to connect to other people that may be of help, because truth is you never can tell, how your next job will come. So do not underestimate any one of any medium. I have gotten a job in the past through both referral and using the online platform indeed.
Decide today on two people you can connect with, and share with them your need for a job. Afterwards hop on to two online platforms of your choice, set up your resume and update your profile.
Go another step further and set up your LinkedIn profile. I can assure you that there is hope for you, especially because lots of jobs are currently remote and open to anyone from any country.
Job hunting is a frustrating process. You need to find the right opportunity for you, but it can be difficult when your past experiences get in the way of your self-belief.
