As a career accomplishment, I am proud that through the years and every position I've held as a mindset coach and project manager, has helped me develop skills which have allowed me to add value for others.
I believe that, as my ability as an individual grows, so do those around me. At our core we all want to see what's most important about ourself reflected back out into our world - this is what makes life worth living and a true accomplishment.
But the problem is that most people don't realize how much they have accomplished in their lives. You and I can do better.
There are many things we should be proud about, but the fact is that some of us tend to forget our accomplishments and focus on everything else - like what's next or all the things we didn't accomplish yet.
I am proud to say that one of the most important lessons I have learned so far in my career was how crucial it is for an employee or client not only, to be able to do their job, but also grow themselves through learning new skills.
Your ability to grow is what allows you to go above and beyond what's expected from time-to-time.
What career accomplishment are you most proud of?

This simple question might just change your life forever by making you aware of all the amazing things you've accomplished so far. It will also remind you to take a break from chasing after more achievements and enjoy every second with gratitude instead.
I am most proud of the many times I have been able to make a positive difference in my community.
Whether it be through outreach work, volunteering at an school activity or providing essential training on how to best help people deal with mental health issues like anxiety and depression in my church. This really helped build my empathy and teamwork skills.
There are many things people might consider as accomplishments, like getting married, having children, owning a business on your own terms without taking any financial risks whatsoever and so much more.
There is nothing wrong nor shameful about looking back at our lives with pride, having all those as accomplishments - certainly we deserve every ounce of happiness we can get!
There are so many things I'm proud of, but the ones that stick out in my mind, are the times I am able to ask the right question that produces an AHA moment in my client that is always momerable.
What career accomplishment are you most proud of?
One of the best things I've done is finish my degree. It's nice to know that one day, when people ask me "What was your proudest accomplishment?" and they don't hear an answer right away because there are so many accomplishments I am considering.
I am grateful and proud of accomplishments such as family, dream career, and good health.
But...
There is a career that you wish you can have
What career accomplishment do you want to be most proud of?

This is what you should be focusing on, the career accoplishment you want to be proud of in the future...
Because what you focus on will eventually expand, and this expansion becomes an accomplishment.
Most times in life we focus on the the minor things because we assume that, that's what matter.
For example if your child comes home with a bad grade, especially after trying to do the best for them, we condemn them for not trying their best, and show them how this might affect their final grade.
- What if that experience is pair of a bigger picture?
- What if your child needed to go through that to understand consequences and actions.
It's just like planting a tree abd focusing only on the fruits, without considering the roots or the stem.
I wrote an article recently about the process of success, I think failure is part of this process, and it takes a person that has failed and learned lessons to succeed at leading.
You will not always have what you need and you will not always know what to do next. One thing is certain, you will always have an opportunity to take a next step or make a new decision.
When it comes to this, you have to choose and focus only on what you want to expand. Choose what you value. Choose where you'll rather be, choose what you’ll like to see and have.
